Colin started out in sales with British Airways before moving into the world of Learning & Development as a Sales Trainer and then a Project Manager for business change within the company. He then worked in senior Learning & Development and Performance Management roles within T-Mobile UK and Virgin Media, where business optimisation and staff development were key objectives. More recently, he has provided specialist consultancy as a Strategic Client Success Manager for Cornerstone OnDemand, Senior Learning Consultant for Learning Pool and currently as a Senior Client Partner with Emerald Works, gaining in-depth knowledge and experience of L&D across multiple sectors.
