Conrado Schlochauer has worked in corporate learning for the past 30 years. Throughout this time, he has stood out in the South American market for his provocative and purposeful approach to traditional L&D practices. He has a Master's degree in Creativity and a PhD in Learning Psychology from the University of São Paulo, researching the topic of self-directed learning in informal environments. In 2021, he launched the book "Lifelong Learners" in Brazil, which became a bestseller in its first week. Conrado has founded some of Brazil's largest training companies, participating in the design of innovative learning actions for a large portion of the 300 largest national and multinational companies operating in Brazil. Recently, he opened a learning culture studio called nōvi-a lifewide learning company, that works with large corporations such as BP, Syngenta, Roche and Vale and in order to redesign their Corporate Learning Strategies.
