Daryl is currently L&D Team Leader for Business Operations, Tech & Services, and Commercial, as well as taking responsibility for the overall eLearning strategy at Softcat. Since joining Softcat in September 2019 she’s held a number of roles within the L&D team, most notably stepping up as Interim L&D Manager to lead the company-wide development strategy in response to COVID. She has designed and implemented innovative development programmes and initiatives that reward self-driven learning, helping to foster a culture of continuous learning, and providing necessary scalability to support ongoing growth of the business.
