Dave Westwood has like the proverbial boomerang returned to the world of learning and development… In the last 3 years… Went on quite the personal learning journey. Retrained as a grower, worked on a market garden for a year, helped to design and setup a farm. Now back to help support Fuse Universal grow supporting with pre-sales consultancy. Formerly he was Director of Learning at Fuse universal, splitting his time between business improvement focused performance experience design and learning strategy design for organisations, thought leadership and marketing work within Fuse universal. Dave also runs research and development research projects looking to further understand the application of psychology and neuroscience within technology enabled learning and development. Historically Dave was a Learning and development specialist with a history of authoring and delivering strategic face to face, blended and e-learning packages underpinned and supported by the latest theory, research and good practice from academia and the private business sector. Dave has also lectured on the subjects of Learning organisations, knowledge management and Social Learning, and led the development of E-learning and Organisational development initiatives across organisations.
