Destery Hildenbrand is an instructional designer at GreenState Credit Union and a learning technology consultant who focuses on building practical, engaging learning experiences with both proven design methods and emerging tools. In his day-to-day work, he develops training and performance support solutions that address real operational needs, with an emphasis on clarity, usability, and scalable learning design. Alongside his work in corporate L&D, Destery consults with organizations exploring new approaches to learning technology, including AI, augmented and mixed reality, and interactive digital learning experiences.
