Duncan joined Coursera in Sept 2020 after having spent 20+ years in senior sales and commercials roles across a wide range of digital businesses from start-up to scale-up across sectors as wide-ranging as Classifieds, Event Marketing, Fundraising, End of Life Care and Education. Personally motivated to make access to high-quality learning more equitable and give people of all ages and backgrounds a chance to improve their well-being and employability. He helps businesses improve their levels of internal mobility through re-skilling and up-skilling their employees at scale to support their future skills needs. Married with two children, when not working you’ll find him walking his dog with the venue of choice being the golf course.
