She has held senior roles in leading training and learning organizations and is a co founder of DEVLO Srl. As a Learning Innovation Manager, she has designed and led innovative training initiatives, experimenting with advanced instructional approaches such as gamification and storytelling, with particular expertise in mandatory training for the banking and insurance sectors. She has extensive knowledge of digital learning technologies and standards and has taught both in private companies and academic institutions, focusing on advanced instructional design, digital learning, knowledge management, and work psychology.
