Emre Yilmaz is a learning and development professional with 13 years of experience and a Ph.D. in instructional technology. He is currently the manager of the learning and development department at Turkish Aerospace Industries based in Turkey. In the past, Emre worked as a software developer, co-founded a start-up on career counseling, and conducted learning sciences research as a scholar. He also taught various subjects to audiences ranging from high schoolers to graduate students and professionals in corporate academies. Recently, he started teaching Digital Competence and AI for Education courses in Turkish universities.
