Global Head of Learning & Development, Teads
Fernanda joined Teads as new Global Head of Learning and Development in September 2021 with the objective to establish the L&D function globally. At Teads, Fernanda is responsible for developing and driving the learning and development strategic agenda enabling dynamic, inclusive learning opportunities where people can develop, collaborate, grow and thrive. Fernanda is passionate about ensuring that organisations provide interesting and stretching learning experiences for people from all backgrounds and creating the learning culture that enables everyone to thrive and fulfil their potential. She sees the continuous evolution of skills as a critical part of the business agenda to ensure colleagues are equipped to succeed in the rapidly changing world of work. Fernanda has extensive experience in building Learning and Development functions, developing internal programs, frameworks and enhancing people capabilities. Fernanda has lived and studied in 3 continents, North America, EMEA and LATAM. She has held global roles in international organisations leading projects in LATAM as well as EMEA and the US. Fernanda has previously held the role at EY, Bank of China, NTT, and Facebook. She is CIPD qualified and has a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
