In addition to her current experience in Hospitality, her sector experience includes Defence, Policing, Higher Education and consultancy. Her experience in driving performance improvements has led her to her current role where she is responsible for measuring the impact of the IHG learning offer to determine whether the desired results have been achieved and if not, provide actionable insights.
