Her practical insights are captured in the Charity Learning Consortium e-book, "The Little Book of Virtual Classroom," and her contributions to CIPD's Effective Virtual Classrooms guidance.
She also champions flexible working through initiatives like her return-to-work programme, enabling stay-at-home parents to train as virtual classroom producers.
Now in her fourth year chairing at Learning Technologies, Gaelle brings energy, insight, and a down-to-earth approach to her sessions, always combining innovation with practical know-how.
