Helen Fawcett is an accomplished Learning & Development professional with over 20 years of experience in various industries. She is currently the Head of Early Careers at National Grid, responsible for developing and executing the organization's early careers strategy. Prior to this role, Fawcett served as Head of Talent Integration and Operations and Talent Manager at National Grid, where she oversaw talent management and operational integration across the company. Before joining National Grid, Helen spent 4 years at Jaguar Land Rover, leading a team that designed and delivered digital content, team development, and capability solutions for colleagues, leaders, and new talent pools. She also created innovative learning solutions for the global manufacturing teams during a period of rapid recruitment and significant change. Prior to that, Fawcett spent six years at Britannia Building Society in various operational and learning & development roles before joining 'We Are Aspire' as a Learning & Development Manager, where she led a team responsible for developing and delivering learning and leadership development programs to all colleagues, apprentices, volunteers, and customer groups.
