Helen is the Head of eLearning Advisors at Credit Suisse. She is responsible for all the production of all eLearning content for the bank and works with external vendors, internal teams and global stakeholders from across the business. Her team is diverse, multi-national and multi-lingual, with a strong streak of fun and creativity! She and her team are challenged by the desire to improve the quality of learning design, whilst managing the production of multiple projects across three rollout windows. Helen’s background is in IT training, learning project management, design and delivery of classroom training. Since 2015 the eLearning team has provided the challenges and support to help her to learn how to lead.
