Helen has worked in Learning and Development for 10 years, leading a team of L&D Partners to provide leadership, behavioural and skills training for all of the different areas of the business. A key highlight in recent years has been leading the complete change in approach and mindset to development, considering both hybrid and operational ways of working. Currently, she is seconded into the Head of Talent role to drive the talent agenda, focused on internal succession and capability growth to support the business' future strategy.
