Starting out in the world of music, radio and television, before a stint in advertising and digital marketing, Iain had an unconventional route into the world of corporate learning. Which is what makes his cutting edge insights so unique. For the past 20 years, Iain has lived and breathed digital, with roles spanning everything from corporate learning technologies to business strategy. For the past 8 years, Iain has led teams sourcing, designing and developing acclaimed learning technologies and content at Barclays. Notably, Iain led the launch and development of Barclays’ award-winning Global Curriculum and built their Global Academy programme.
