A former Hotelier, Ian has extensive knowledge of specialized training requirements. He is responsible for implementing numerous processes for hotel properties, clients and their teams of all sizes using multiple Learning Management Systems. Driven in providing product and performance assurance to clients, Ian is passionate about using technology to deliver high-quality learning experiences in both a virtual and on-site setting.
