Ingeborg Kroese, EdD, MSc, designs and delivers world-class L&D programs. In addition, she conducts academic research and publishes her findings on the diversity, equity, inclusiveness and accessibility (DEIA) of L&D programs. Through Enhance Facilitation (https://enhance-facilitation.eu/ ) she works with learning professionals and their clients to ensure learning programs are equitable, accessible and inclusive. Ingeborg worked 15 years in corporate settings—in sales, management, and leadership positions, and since 2006 in L&D, globally. She brings business wisdom into her work as well as extensive research on Inclusive Learning. Her doctoral thesis was groundbreaking—the first such research on how well L&D teams were doing in integrating DEIA principles into their work.
