Jack Blair began his career at Bain and Deloitte advising large organisations including BP, Vodafone and Boots on strategy and technology transformation, before founding two companies in learning and fitness. He is now a Client Partner at Valence, working with global senior people leaders helping them close the gap between their AI ambitions for their people function and what actually changes in practice.
