One week before Jack Burge started a new role as the first Learning & Development Partner at FitFlop, he walked the floor of the Learning Technologies Conference to browse the market for a potential learning technology platform. One year later - after leading a detailed RFP, tender process, and implementation - a new Learning Platform tool is now live; providing a critical foundation for enabling strategy objectives at FitFlop. Previous L&D experience working in a global business transformation programme – developing end-to-end training content - provided vital project management experience to ensure that the Learning Platform implementation was delivered on time and on budget.
