Jess has been working in digital learning for 5 years and throughout her career, has made her way from an e-Learning developer to a systems coordinator and now the Group Digital Learning Manager. Her main focus is using the Learning Management System to promote an effective learning environment throughout her business, spanning over 80 countries and over 50,000 colleagues. Digital learning has always interested Jess considering the importance of creating a platform which anyone can access anywhere, especially in a post-COVID world.
