Jez Anderson has worked in the learning and development sector for over 30 years and has experienced directly as learning and development manager, strategic leader, and consultant the dramatic changes in learning practices that have evolved. Jez has spent the last 7 years working within the digital learning technologies sector and has advised and supported many blue-chip companies make sense of the new digital learning landscape. He has a particular interest and passion for informal learning and developing learning cultures that nurture and support individual resourcefulness and enquiry. Jez is a Fellow of the LPI, and a practising ICF coach.
