As co-founder of Sponge, she held senior creative, innovation, and learning strategy roles, and now acts as a learning strategy consultant. She has contributed to the company's numerous awards, spoken at multiple conferences about learning and innovation, and believes in creating deeply compelling experiences that inspire and motivate. Kate has an MBA in creative leadership and recently completed a second Master's in Virtual and Extended Realities, growing her passion for and capabilities in immersive technologies.
