Kevin has been involved in leading change and transformation since the beginning of his career. With a background in leading community education projects across the UK, this has been applied to driving commercial change across the people space. Currently the L&D BP for the largest independent hospital group, Kevin is passionate about using digital technologies to enable swift and easy tools for people that both meet a need and innovate but always create fair and equitable opportunities. He is currently leading a digital transformation project to support internal mobility across Circle Health Group.
