Dr. Kinga Petrovai is an organizational learning consultant working at the intersection of research and practice. She holds a PhD in learning technologies from the University of Oxford and a master’s in education from Harvard University. Her work combines systems thinking, learning research, and practical design to help organizations strengthen how they learn. Having studied and worked internationally, Kinga brings a global perspective to her work and has collaborated with organizations including the Government of Canada, the U.S. Department of State, Oxford University, and Carleton University. She is the creator of the Learning Hive, a collaborative, research-based approach to peer learning that helps organizations embed learning into everyday work while strengthening collaboration and culture. She is also the host of The Art & Science of Learning podcast, where she explores how people and organizations learn through thoughtful conversations with global leaders in learning, reaching listeners in over 100 countries.
