Léa leads enablement and partnership initiatives at 365Talents, helping strengthen collaboration with strategic partners while ensuring teams and clients have the knowledge and tools needed to successfully adopt the platform. Prior to this role, Léa served as Onboarding CSM Lead, where she guided enterprise clients through the deployment and adoption of 365Talents. This experience gave her a deep understanding of customer needs, implementation challenges, and best practices for driving successful talent transformation projects—insights she now leverages to build stronger partner ecosystems and scalable enablement programs. Léa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from EDHEC Business School and completed a double-degree program in Business Administration at the University of Hertfordshire, before specialising in International Human Resources Management at CIFFOP.
