Laura Sheldon is Digital Learning Manager at RAC, where she leads the digital learning strategy for compliance training, digitalising training and competency processes and career development. She works closely with key stakeholders in RAC, including Risk & Compliance, Health & Safety, the wider People Team and Senior Leaders to create engaging, accessible learning content for a blended workforce that enhances colleague experience and provides tangible business results. Laura’s areas of interest include creating accessible content, empowering colleagues to develop their own careers and improving colleague experience via digital training and competency interventions.
