Liliana Meneses is a professional with more than 20 years' experience in corporate learning. She started as a software engineer in the early days of e-learning. She has been part of the evolution of L&D in the areas of instructional design, learning technologies, learning analytics, but most of all in enhancing the role of L&D in organisational transformation. Since 2020, she has been the Global Head of Digital Learning at Santander Finance Group. She is responsible for the implementation of Santander's skills-based learning model and also leads the global upskilling and reskilling strategy, working with local L&D teams to design and deliver learning solutions to more than 200,000 professionals.
