Lyn joined Joules in 2018 as People Director and in 2020 she became Retail & People Director. Lyn has spent over 20 years in retail, starting her career in Human Resources at Dixons Group and prior to joining Joules, she held senior roles in Carpetright, Virgin Active and Home Retail Group and Gamestation. Today, Lyn is accountable for the stores and shows channels alongside the ongoing development and implementation of Joules’ people strategy.
