Mark is a creative strategist and copywriter with 25 years of experience, specialising in high-impact e-learning design for the past decade. Currently a Content Specialist at Titus Learning (formerly Lead Creative at adaptiVLE), Mark champions innovative, gamified experiences built to banish the "click-next" stigma. An advocate for ending the era of passive online learning, he co-founded Dirtyword and now leads Hell and D, an alternative magazine providing a platform for diverse voices to tackle L&D’s biggest challenges. Mark also edited the Women in Learning: State of the Industry Report 2025 alongside Sharon Claffey Kaliouby.
