Mark Schuster is a veteran in the Learning & Development industry and a proponent of using new technologies in learning. Mark has been a regular presenter at conferences on topics ranging from best practices for mobile technology use to using advanced data to improve learning retention. He currently serves as Head of Product at CYPHER Learning, leading product strategy and solution engineering, after spending many years managing learning technologies for AT&T. Mark is also an accomplished musician, performing regularly with symphony orchestras.
