Marlon Fuentes is an AI Evangelist at Colossyan, where he champions AI as co-pilot for storytelling and learning to shape the future of work. A leader in innovation, he has helped organizations adapt to emerging technologies, from AI-powered communication at Ericsson to training startups across Latin America with the World Bank.
Previously, as Head of Global Music for the GRAMMY Awards, Marlon led tech initiatives that expanded the Recording Academy’s international reach, spearheading category changes that recognized global artists and positioned the GRAMMYs as a truly worldwide institution. His passion for creativity and technology also led him to win the MIT Reality Hackathon for developing wearable tech that enhances accessibility and workplace performance.
His work has been featured in Monocle, Fast Company, and Billboard, highlighting his influence at the intersection of AI, creativity, and cultural innovation. With expertise spanning AI, music, gaming, and immersive media, Marlon is committed to helping organizations embrace the future.
He is an alumnus of UCLA’s Ethnomusicology Department and a Riordan MBA Fellow at the Anderson School of Management.
