Matt’s been involved in training since 1995 (mostly in insurance), and has worked with learning technologies since 2003. He’s run many courses and created many programs using whatever tools were available to him, whilst unsuccessfully begging for newer software. Matt’s proud of much that he has done, but also admits to producing activities (compliance, IT, soft skills etc.) where outcomes had to conform to the constraints of budget, platforms, and SME input. The end results weren’t always pretty, but were usually effective. Matt always tries to be creative, and has judged the Learning Technologies Awards for the last 14 years.
