Meredith Henson is Head of Partner Success at Totara, where she works closely with partners and organisations around the world to help them get the most out of their learning and talent platforms. With more than 15 years’ experience in learning technologies and digital learning ecosystems, she enjoys helping organisations design practical, scalable approaches to workplace learning and knowledge sharing. Originally from New Zealand, Meredith now lives in Brighton in the UK and works with Totara’s global partner network to support innovative learning solutions across a wide range of industries. She’s particularly interested in how emerging technologies like AI can help make learning more collaborative, accessible, and effective.
