Michael Ioffe is CEO of Arist, a company that helps 15% of the Fortune 500 deliver people skills in the flow of work. At age 15 he founded TILE.org, which would become one of the largest entrepreneurship education nonprofits in the world. During his time with TILE, delivering learning to war-torn Yemen spurred the idea of sending short-form courses via text message. In 2019, Arist was born of this idea and now delivers messaging app-based learning at scale to clients ranging from the state of California to Amazon. Michael is a Forbes 30 under 30 recipient.
