Michelle Davies is leading Vodafone’s global learning, performance and reskilling strategy collaborating with Talent/PD, Learning, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning teams to help everyone build skills based learning and careers experiences to Grow with Vodafone. Michelle was involved in skills based Job Architecture to establish the new skills, careers and learning platforms. She has previous HR experience across Learning & Development, Agile Talent management practices (PD), Mentoring, communications, change, and learning operations/ process improvement within Telco, IT Software, Resources and Pharma industries.
