With a background in both Instructional Design, Michelle has over 20 years of experience working within the Learning and Development Community in both Australia and UK. Michelle has been working within NHS TEL for over 5 years, and is currently a Learning Technologies Analyst for Health Education England's National TEL Team. Her role helps TEL administrators and technicians to develop their knowledge and supports the adoption of TEL across England. Michelle is currently working as part of HEE's XR Hubs initiative supporting the rollout of Virtual and Mixed Reality to support training and education within Healthcare.
