Organisational Learning Strategist & Learning Team Capability Builder / Founder of Learning Uncut,
Learning Uncut
I help leaders to build a high impact Learning and Development (L&D) function. With my guidance, learning can become a key lever to improve business performance. I help L&D as a performance partner that adds strategic value.
My purpose is to create belonging in order to empower others so that they can expand their world and make a bigger contribution. Belonging and connection are a thread throughout how I work and the legacy I aspire to create.
I am a strategist, mentor, facilitator, trainer and speaker who believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and perform at their best.
STRATEGIST
Untapped potential in L&D is a lost opportunity in most organisations. I help leaders see what is really happening with learning in their organisation, and identify opportunities to improve results that matter. Using a range of research, tools and frameworks I guide leaders to define a strategy and implementation plan specific to their needs. This work may be part of a broader organisation transformation program.
MENTOR
I mentor business leaders and L&D leaders to develop and implement effective strategies and modern learning approaches. I also advise on how to use learning to meet specific business challenges.
FACILITATOR
A modern L&D function requires a wide set of knowledge and skills. I am passionate about building the capability of L&D teams to deliver on their aspirations and meet the expectations of people in the digital era. My approaches to this include assessment of L&D capability, identifying development pathways and facilitating workshops and learning experiences.
SPEAKER
I write and speak on modern learning approaches and high impact L&D strategy. I speak at conferences in Australia and overseas, and within organisations to leaders, L&D teams, and at broader employee events.
