Mike led M&S' sustainability (Plan A) journey for 19 years, with engagement of its 64000 colleagues, 32m customers and 1000s of suppliers central to its success. Since 2019 he's worked broadly across the economy helping companies develop and integrate sustainability strategies. He has a partnership with Kite Insight's Climate School to upskill workforces and is the co-founder of Planeatry Alliance helping food companies link human and planetary health in their commercial strategies
