Nathalie MACQ is a Learning Program Manager within Akka Technologies (+50K employees) based in Geneva, soon to be AKKODIS following the merger with Modis from the Adecco Group. She designs blended learning programs for Managers, creates some e-learning content and delivers some live sessions. Nathalie also looks after the Learning Management System of the group which is Rise Up and she overlooked the testing phase of the integration of the Rise Up app in the Microsoft Teams app. Her everyday objective is to foster innovation and build an effective learning culture within the group. She mostly worked in HR and L&D in the pharmaceutical and consulting sectors, in Spain, India, Ireland and Switzerland.
