Currently leading new 'Global Learning Innovation and Standards' team that manages innovation, including integration of Degreed platform and other supporting tech, introducing new strategic vendor management approach, global governance of strategic prioritisation and developing impact analytics. Collaborating with talent, recruitment, performance and workforce planning teams to develop a holistic people experience. Previously shaped and led implementation of a new Learning Solution Centre and reshaping our Business Skills offering with Unilever. Exploiting new technologies to deliver learning across the organisation. Partnering with the business to close key capability gaps in order to deliver our strategic ambition. Other roles include leading the learning and recruitment service lines to ensure we deliver excellent service through our outsourced providers and internal teams. Managing commercials within the contracts and analysing metrics to uncover improvement opportunities. Designing, implementing and evaluating professional skills learning and development / recruitment solutions to meet and anticipate business needs, leadership development, strategic supplier selection and management, multimedia delivery methods including virtual learning, social learning, integration of MOOCs and other emerging media into existing curriculum, e-learning and blended classroom learning, organisation development including employee engagement programmes and communication programmes, HRBP, large global organisational experience, cost management, senior stakeholder management, managing outsourced service providers, service operations management. Previous organisations include ICI Plc and the Kingfisher Group.
