Noorie’s passion is innovation and creativity. Prior to leading Saffron, she was a partner at KPMG leading their People Services business in London and Eastern Counties. She has also held global roles at BP and Lend Lease, partnering with clients on their change and transformational performance improvement programs. Throughout her career, Noorie has used insights from the behavioural and neurosciences, to bring fresh perspectives and ensure that change is treated within an organisation as a force for good.
