Phil is Portfolio Director, Executive Education at the University of Cambridge's Institute for Sustainability Leadership, working with business through sustainability education towards a just and regenerative future. She's worked in education since 2002, in global, matrixed education organisations including the British Council and Cambridge University Press & Assessment, both in the UK, and overseas. Her passion is people, and she specialises in leading teams, executive education, business development, operations, and management. She has an MSc in Sustainability, with a dissertation on sustainability education in large corporates, and an MBA, with a dissertation on gender and management. She's also a PRINCE2 Practitioner, and DELTA-qualified teacher and trainer.
