Phil is a Learning and Development specialist and thought leader, helping to shape the learning agenda and learner experience across the corporate and public sectors. With over 18 years’ experience in both learning design and delivery, he has a passion for the learner and learner centric design that taps into what motivates learners when they are the hero in their learning story. Also a Member of the Learning Performance Institute, Society for Education and Training and a qualified Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, where he combines thought leadership and human behaviour to generate ideas that solve barriers to learning.
