At Centrica, Pinda leads L&D in a diverse, complex environment - supporting everyone from engineers to corporate functions and is passionate about building a culture of continuous learning that goes beyond platforms to shift mindsets and embed development throughout people’s careers.
Building strong teams is central to how Pinda works, and she is very aware of how quickly the capability mix in L&D is shifting.
