Ram S H is the Deputy Director of the Advanced Manufacturing Cluster under the School of Engineering at the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) College Central, Singapore. With over 35 years of experience across industry, research and development, and academia, he brings deep expertise in product design and development, digital transformation, Industry 4.0 applications that shape the future of manufacturing and learning. Ram has made significant contributions to WorldSkills and ASEAN Skills in precision engineering related trades and currently serves as the School’s Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lead. In this role, he drives technology-enabled transformation initiatives, leads innovation projects, and fosters industry collaborations to strengthen institutional capabilities and workforce readiness. A strong advocate for future-ready education at ITE, Ram is passionate about leveraging technology to cultivate creative, resilient learners and advancing Advanced Manufacturing education to support sustainable, long-term student success in a rapidly evolving digital economy.
