As a Training and Awareness Manager at UNICEF France since 2023, Raphaël designs and leads learning initiatives focused on children’s rights within the Awareness and Learning department of the Engagement and Territories division. He supports the development of training programs for UNICEF France’s volunteer network, helping extend UNICEF’s expertise across the entire French territory. A specialist in digital learning, he previously worked as a Digital Learning Manager at Groupama and as a Digital Learning Project Manager at the Paris Île-de-France Chamber of Commerce. Raphaël brings strong expertise in instructional design, digital content creation, and optimizing the learner experience on LMS platforms.
