Ray Coderre currently serves as Head of Learning and Development at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), where he is responsible for advancing a world class talent development ecosystem to realize the mission of KAUST and support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. Prior to joining KAUST, Ray was Director of Learning and People Strategy at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where he led the institute’s approach to talent development for a unique population of faculty, professional scientists, software engineers, and administrative staff spanning Harvard University, MIT, and the Harvard-affiliated hospitals. Ray is a former Harvard faculty affairs dean with 20 years of experience building collaborative research communities, and possesses over a decade of experience teaching and advising undergraduate and graduate students at Harvard College and Harvard Extension School on topics at the intersection of science, technology and society.
