Richard Barkey is the founder and Chief Executive of Imparta, a global business that specialises in helping companies to achieve and sustain significant performance improvements across the whole field of sales, from retail and sales through service to sophisticated enterprise accounts, sales management and sales leadership.
Richard is a thought leader in sales, strategy and learning. He holds a first-class degree in Engineering from Cambridge University and an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School.
