Russell has over 20 years of experience leading and developing organisations in the sports and social housing sectors. He has a passion for being creative and experimenting with new ideas, knowing that when things don't work, this is a great learning opportunity. Russell is experienced in working within limited budgets and believes that to have an impact, he must leverage the learning sciences, co-creation, and team collaboration.
