Ryan Laverty is the Co-Founder and President of Arist, the first learning platform to deliver learning through messaging apps at scale. Funded by a range of noteworthy investors, Arist works with the world’s leading organizations to create, deliver, and analyze people skills in the flow of work. Prior to Arist, Ryan ran a public speaking coaching company where he found a love of all things learning design and employee training, authoring the original white paper on text-message-based learning while in his senior year of college. Ryan now spends his time speaking with talent development leaders about how they can shift the way their organizations learn.
